摘要
本文对POM/TPPU/Z-3共混体系进行了研究,结果表明:增容剂Z-3可控制共混体系中分散相的颗粒尺寸及分布,起着聚集剂的作用.随着TPPU用量的增加,共混合金的结晶度和拉伸强度均降低,缺口冲击强度出现峰值,MI下降.当POM/TPPU/Z-3=100/7/0.49时,共混合金的缺口冲击强度达到最大值.
A study of POM/TPPU/Z-3 blend was made in this paper. The results showed the particle size and dis tribution of the dispersion phase in the blend could be controlled by Z-3,which acted as an aggregation agent in the blend. When the TPPU content in the blend increased, the crystallinity and tensile strength of the blend decreased,a peak value of notched impact strength occured and the melt flow index decreased. The notched impact strength would be the maximum when the blend ratio was 100:7:0. 49.
