摘要
本文介绍了环氧树脂、环氧丙烯酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯对双马来酰亚胺(BMI)/二氨基二苯醚(DDE)体系改性的研究工作.结果表明,改性体系在丙酮中有良好的溶解性,预浸料的工艺性得到改进,复合材料最高成型温度为177℃,后处理温度230℃.改性BMI/DDE体系复合材料具有适中的耐热性,并且其耐热性与BMI/DDE的摩尔比以及改性剂的种类和用量有关.BMI/DDE的摩尔比以3:1为最宜,用环氧F-51改性体系的耐热性略高于环氧E-51改性的,随环氧树脂用量的增加,耐热性有所下降.在150℃下改性体系的短梁剪切强度保持率均高于60%.
Studies of the modification of bismaleimide (BMI)/diaminodiphenylether (DDE) blend system by means of epoxy resin, epoxy acrylic ester and diallyl phthalate were made in this paper. The results showed the modified blend system had a good solubility in acetone, the processing property of the presoaked blend was improved, the highest molding temperature of the blend was 177℃ ,and the after-treatment temperature was 230-. The modified BMI/DDE blend system had a reasonable heat resistance which was related to the mol ratio of the blend and the type and content of the modifier. The most reasonable mol ratio was 3:1; the heat resistance was high when epoxy F-51 was used instead of Epoxy E-51, and the resistance decreased when the epoxy content increased. The retention of short lever shearing strength was higher than 60% when the temperature was lower than 150 ℃
