摘要
应用３Ｈ—ＴｄＲ标记Ｋ５６２细胞的放射性释放法研究ＮＫ细胞和Ｋ细胞的活性及某些丝裂原。微量元素对它的影响。结果声明，３Ｈ—ＴｄＲ标记法可灵敏地反映ＮＫ细胞的活性，ＰＨＡ和碳酸锂有促进ＮＫ活性的作用、抗Ｋ５６２血清能够表现Ｋ细胞的活性，肿瘤病人Ｋ细胞活性显著降低。
etermination of activity of NK cells and K Cells in human was conducted by using3H ----' TdRlabeling technique and studies on effects of the PHA,Con A,Lithium Carbonate and Zincum Adetuteon activity of NK cells were made. The result showed that the 3H--TdR labeling assay is a simple andsensitice method for deternation of activity in NK and K cells. By the aPPlication of serum of anti K562cells the activity of K cells can be revealed. PHA and Litheum Carbonate enhanced the activity ofNKcells significantly. The activity of K cells in tumor petients dacreased Prominently.
