摘要
自１９８９～１９９２年运用手法复位、石膏托固定治疗Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ。骨折１３１例，其中２５例产生并发症（主要包括畸形愈合、活动受限、创伤性桡腕关节炎）。本文结合病例对产生并发症的原因和有关技术问题进行分析探讨。

The authors pointed out that,when only closed reduction and immobilization in a plaster castwas ulilized, the effect of treatment foe some Colles fractures was not excellent. Therefote,anatomicalfreatures.classification and diagnosis .treatment collcerning some type should be emphasied.
