摘要
本文系统地研究了用Cu(Ⅰ)吸附剂分离一氧化碳的吸附平衡和吸附柱动态过程。实测了CO和N_2气体混合物在吸附剂上的驱附等温线与不同组成和流速下的吸附穿透曲线。建立了相应的数学模型,并以实验数据回归了吸附速率常数,计算结果与实验数据符合。本文提出的数学模型能很好地描述Cu(Ⅰ)吸附剂分离一氧化碳过程。
In this paper, the adsorption equilibrium and dynamics of adsorption column have been systematically studied for separation processes of carbon monoxide on Cu( I ) adsorbent. The adsorption isothermal and breakthrough curves of CO and N_2 mixture on C(?) ( I ) adsorbent were measured at various composition and flow rate. A mathematical model was proposed to simulate adsorption behavior. The adsorption rate constants were correlated with the experimental data. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental data. It is shown that the mathematical model proposed can describe the separation process of CO on Cu ( I ) adsorbent satisfatorily.
