分子筛在乙胺制备中的催化行为

摘要 在300~400℃反应温区、常压、恒定反应物比例的情况下研究了分子筛(Y,M,ZSM-5)存在下的乙醇氨化脱水反应。结果表明,反应温度的提高、沸石分子筛表面酸量的增加皆能使乙醇转化率提高,沸石表面的较强L酸中心有利于醇的氨化反应而B酸中心似乎对副反应(脱水)更有利。ZSM-5沸石作为催化剂对乙胺有很高的选择性,此作用可归结于这种沸石孔结构的择形作用。 Amination of alcohol with ammonia in the presence of zeolites such as Y, M and ZSM-5 were studied at 300-400℃ under ambient pressure with the constant molar reactant ratio. The results show that the alcohol conversion increases with the increase of acid amount on the zeolite surface and the reaction temperature; the stronger Lewis acid sites are in favour of the amination of alcohol while the Bronsted acid sites seem to favour the by-reaction such as dehydration. The high selectivity of ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts for ethylamine can be ascribed to the the shape selectivity of the pore structure.
