低压碳酸丙烯酯法分离富含CO2的油田气

摘要 本文介绍山东渤海化肥厂采用低压碳酸丙烯酯法分离净化富含二氧化碳油田气的新工艺及在油田气处理量6000Nm^2/h装置上的应用试验数据,并就一些关键技术问题进行了探讨.试验表明,用该工艺分离富含CO_2的油田气是可行的。在吸收压力0.4~0·5MPa(表)、温度35~40℃条件下,可将油田气中CO_2从70~75%净化到20%以下。既能满足合成氨工艺需要,又提高了经济效益. The new process of low pressure propylene carbonate for separation of rich CO_2 containing field gas was used in Bohai Chemical Fertilizer Plant, Shandong. In this paper, the test data on a unit of 6000Nm3/h gas input is presented and some key points on technique are discussed. The test showed that it is feasible to separate CO_2 containig field gas by this process. Under the absorption pressure of 0.4—0.5MPa ( gauge ) and 35—40℃, CO_2 contained in the field gas may be purified from 70-75% to 20%, both satisfying the needs of ammonia process and increasing the economical benefits of the plant.
