摘要
介绍了电子自平衡微量热天平及其在催化剂研究中的应用。着重分析探讨了热天平中反应器的几种形式与结构。利用实验室研制的三套管下皿式反应器,适用于不同气氛下的反应体系(一般有腐蚀性的气体),可进行原位观察催化剂重量的变化与相应尾气组成的变化。当把Ni系催化剂用于烃类—蒸汽转化反应时,可有效地直接获得催化剂上的积炭、消炭过程及其活性的关系,进而可回归得到相虚的动力学方程。
The title balance is recommended involving its structure and application in catalysis research, with the emphasis on discussion of several types of reactors used in the balance system.The threefold-tube type reactor developed in our lab is suitable for reaction systems, which usually contain cor rosive gases, in different atmospheres, and changes of catalyst weight and tail gas composition can be observed in situ.An example is also given of its application in steam reforming of hydrocarbons using Ni catalyst for determination of coking, decoking and kinetic behavior.
