摘要
选用MgSO_4作为混凝剂处理高浓度印染废水,并与PAC作为混凝剂对比试验.用正交试验确定其处理的最佳条件,再在此条件下处理混合印染废水,研究表明:用MgSO_4处理废水的最佳pH值在12左右,COD_cr去除率达80%以上,脱色率达90%以上,较PAC脱色率和COD去除率高,可望成为处理印染废水的新型混凝剂.
MgSO_4 was selected as coagulant to treat high- concentration dyeing wastes with APC as its contrast.Through orthogonal test,the optimum condition for treatmemt was obtained,and mixed dyeing wastes were treated under such a condition.the study shows that when MgSO_4 is used to deal with the waste water,the best pH value is 12,the rate of removing COD_cr is over 80%, and the decolourization rate is over 90%,which are higher than those of using PAC. Hence MgSO_4 is expected to ha a new type of coagulant in handling dyeing wastes.
