报道了一只雌性成年大熊猫因患高位严重肠梗阻并发肠扭转，在两个月内连续两次手术治疗成功。提供了诊断依据、手术方法和术后护理要点，并讨论了本病的治疗方法和手术成败的关键。
The paper records and analyses the two successful operations within two months on anadult female giant panda who suffered from serious upper intestinal obstructions with the supervention ofvolvulus(the intestine twisted by 180℃～360℃ at the root of mesentery),supplying sufficient diagnosis ba-sis,appropriate operative method and keys to post-operation cares.
