摘要
对水平起飞二级入轨航天飞机发射方案进行探讨，预测了分离点的范围Ｈｍｉｎ－Ｈｍａｘ；并运用系统评价方法，综合考虑了方案、设计、可靠性和费用；用价值评价法，对分离点的最佳位置进行评价。
The paper made a research on launching program of the space shuttle’s taking off level-ly and entering into the trajectory in two steps,and forecasted the scope of the separation point Hmin-Hmax.It comprehensively considered the program design,reliability and costs with the system evaluationmethod ,and assessed the optimum separation point with the value evaluation method
