摘要
用放射免疫分析法测定105例各种肾脏疾息病人的α1-MG和β2-MG,结果表明,血和尿液的α1-MG和β2-MG与肾疾患都有明显的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.7900(血.n=50)和0.7096(尿,n=55)。在55例尿液标本检测中,α1-MG升高者为34例占61.8%。β2-MG却正常。同时对20例恶性肿瘤(肝癌除外)患者测定结果α1-MG为51.95±23.56mg/L(±s),与正常参考值无显著性差异(P>0.05),β2-MG为360.75±158.38(x±s)与正常参考值有极显著性差异(P<0.01).所以认为α1-MG是比β2-MG更灵敏、更特异的反映肾脏功能的指标。
The authours determined serum and urine α1-MG andβ2-MG of patients with various renal diseases and the results showed that both blood and urine α1-MG andβ2-MG are significantly correlated with renal disease,=0.7900(for blood,n=50)and 0.7096 (for urine,n=55). of the result of 55 urine samples,those showed high level of α1-MG being 34 cases(61.8%)and those had high level of β2-MG being 29 cases(52.7%)and 6 of the latter showed high level of α1-MG and normal level of β2-MG, Meanwhile, the result of 20 malignant tumour cases(except hepatomas)showed significant difference of β2-MG with that of the refevence value(P<0.01)while α1-MG didn't(P>0.05).So it is said that α1-MG is the specific and sensitive parameter which refects renal function.
