摘要
用￣（１２５）Ⅰ标记Ⅲ型前胶原（ＰＣⅢ）放射免疫法测定健康献血员３３例±ｓ，为８５．０±１７．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，急性黄疸型肝炎１１例为１４８±５０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ，慢性迁延性肝炎１４例为１３３±３１ｍｇ／Ｌ，慢性活动性肝炎２４例为１５７±５９μｇ／Ｌ，肝硬化１７例为１７８±８３．７μｇ／Ｌ，检测结果与健康献血员相比较，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），其中以慢性活动性肝炎、肝硬化的升高更为显著。提示ＰＣⅢ可作为诊断肝纤维化的血清学指标。
Thirty-three donors'serum PC-Ⅲ was measured using RIA(125)I-PC-Ⅲ) and the level of serum PC-Ⅲbeing 85.0±17.5μg/L,The levels of PC-Ⅲ of acute jaundized hepatitis(n=11),chronic metastasic hepatitis(n=14),chronic active hepatitis(n=24)and hepatic cirrhosis(n=17)were 148±50.1μg/L,133±31μg/L,157±59μg/L and 178±83.7μg/Lrespectively, which all showed significant difference with that of the donors'serum PC-Ⅲ,especially that of the chronic active hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis,suggusting serum PC-Ⅲmay be used as an indicator for diagnosing hepato-fibrosis.
