摘要
本文报道应用ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ检测狂犬病疫苗免疫犬后血清中抗体的效价，比较研究了两种方法的特异性，敏感性和重复性，结果显示两种方法均适用于检测狂犬病血清抗体水平。ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ较ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ敏感性高４倍，前者的阳性检出率（１００％）高于后者（９２．８％）。
This paper reported detection of antibodies from dogs vaccinated with rabies vaccine by ABC-ELISA and SPA-ELISA,Thespecifiaty, sensitivity and stability of both mothods were compared.The results showed that both methods were applicable todetccting the level of antibody to rabies virus. The sensitivity of ABC-ELISA was four times as much as that of SPA-ELSA. Thepositive rate (100%) in ABC-ELISA was higher than that (92.8%)in SPA-ELISA.
