STUDY ON THE ELECTROCARDIOGRAM OF THE RICEFIELD EEL(Monoplerus albus)

摘要 本文报道了对19例健康黄鳝进行心电图测定的结果,黄鳝的心电图特征为,平均心率45.17±6.11次/分,心律均为窦性心律,QRS波平均心电轴87.93±9.31°,P波,QRS综合波及T波持续时间分别为0.055±0.027秒,0.102±0.061秒和0.231±0.106秒,R—R,P—R,S—T及Q—T间期分别为1.356±0.203秒,0.281±0.065秒,0.451±0.108秒和0.785±0.110秒,P波形态在Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVF导联中多呈负向,而在aVR,aVL导联中多呈正向,QRS综合的波形较为复杂多样,但在Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVF中主要以正向的R波为主,而在avR,aVL导联中则以负向波为主,S—T段无出现移位现象,T波在各导联中有较好的一致性,即在Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVF导联中绝大多数呈正向,而在aVR,aVL导联中则以负向为主。 This paper deals with the results of the study on the Electrocardiograms (ECG) of M·albus.The characteristics of the ECG are as follows; The mean heart rate was 45.7±6.11/Min.,and the cardiac rhythmicity showed sinus rhythm in all Ricefield Eels. The mean electrica axis of QRS waves was 87.93±9.31°.The average duration of P, QRS and T wave was 0.055±0.027Sec., 0.102±0.061 Sec, and 0.785±0.110 Sec.,P wave is of negative form in leads Ⅱ,Ⅲand aVF, but positive form in leads aVR and aVL. QRS complex showed various forms in different leads but presented mainly R type in leads Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and aVF but QS type in leads aVR and aVL. There was no shift of the S T segment. T wave seemed consistent in each lead, it took mainly the positive form in leads Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF,and the negative form in leads aVR and AVL.
