快生型花生根瘤菌株与土著性根瘤菌竞争结瘤能力的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 试验结果表明:灰棕紫泥土中的土著性花生根瘤菌数量为104个/克干土,并与土壤有机质、含氮量呈极显著相关,而与花生种植年限没有显著相关性;土著性根瘤菌的浸染结瘤能力强,但固氮效率低;接种菌株与土著菌的竞争力差异在于菌株本身优良特性。快生型85─7菌株占瘤率,固氮酶活性均高,花生荚果增重达显著,极显著水平,竞争力最强;快生型花生根瘤菌株的竞争结瘤性能与花生品种的亲合性有关;不同花生品种根系中的氨基酸含量不同,对菌株占瘤率有影响。 The results indicated that the number of indigenous peanut rhizobia population was 10 ̄4 calls/g in purplish soil S tested. Strong positive correlation existed among the number of indigenous rhizobia population, Contend of Organic Matter and Total N. No significant Correlation among the number of indigenous rhizobia population, the years of peanut planted. Indigenous strains were more infective, but the efficiency of Nitrogen-fixation wax usually low. competitive abilities between the inoculant and indigenous strains depended on the characteristic of the inoculant. Nodule occupancy, nitrogenase activity and the pots weight increased by inoculation of the fast-growing rhizobium strain'85 7'were much higher. The competition of fast-growing strains was connected with the affinity of peanut varieties. The nodule occupancy was related to the contents of amino acids in the roots of peanut varieties.
