摘要
本文报告颅内蛛网膜囊肿10例,其中男8例,女2例,年龄4～35岁,10岁以下者6例。囊肿位于中颅凹(颞极与外侧裂)4例,枕叶,三脑室、额叶凸面各1例,小脑及蚓部后侧3例。除1例保守治疗追踪观察外,其余9例均开颅行囊肿全切术治愈。本文就颅内蛛网膜囊肿的病因、病理、诊断、治疗等问题进行讨论,认为采用显微手术将囊肿全切是治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的首选疗法。
Ten cases of intracranial arachnoid cyst(IAC)were reported,8 males and 2 fe-males,the range of age being from 4 to 35 years,6 cases were under 10 years.Thelesions were located at the middle fossa in 4 cases,at the cerebellum in 3 cases,andat the convexity of cerebral hemisphere,occipital lobe and the 3rd ventricle each in 1case.Only one case was medically treated and improved,still being followed-up to-day,the other 9 cases were operated upon,the cysts were radically excised,all of themwere considered cured.The etiology,diagnosis and treatment of IAC were discussed,it was believed that radical excision of the cyst with microsurgery would bea favorable approach.
