摘要
本文报告5例小脑梗塞,详细讨论了分型、临床表现、CT 所见、鉴别诊断及治疗。本病系一高度致死性疾病,首次检查即应确诊,当小脑梗塞伴发急性脑积水时,立应即时手术。
Five cases of cerebellar infarction were reported.The classification,clinical pic-ture,features of computed tomography,differential diagnosis and treatment werediscussed in detail.Since cerebellar infarction was associated with a high mortality,diagnosis shouldpromptly be made when the patient was first examined.When cerebellar infarction was associated with acute hydrocephalus surgeryshould be performed as soon as possible.
