摘要
本文介绍用膜分离技术处理凹印擦版油黑度水的工业装置、技术和效果。改变了凹印擦版高浓度油墨废水难以处理达标的状况，实现了无废水排放的闭路循环，有效地保留了度液中原有的有用成份，回用于生产，取得了环境、经济和社会效益的统一。
Abstract：The effluent from intaglio water cleaning seriously pollutes the environment．The useful compositions of wastewa-ter can not be recovered and reused by conventional chemical treatment．Based on the scrcening property of ultrafilter membrane todifferent molecular-weight substances selectively permeate through，and the final wastewater after treated even can be reused．Thetreatment technology to the wastewater from intaglio water cleaning through closed－circuit cycle has been successfully applied inChinese bill-printing industry. It is also suitable to similar intaglio operation and other industrial wastewater treatment.
