摘要
本文对原因未明的心律失常且伴有一定症状的中青年人,经各种无创性检查及较长期观察,并对其中临床认为心肌病变可能性较大的41例进行了心内膜心肌活检(EMB)。病理形态学所见结合临床资料有助于临床诊断者36例(87.8%),提示 EMB 对中青年原因未明的心律失常具有重要价值。
Endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) in 41 patients with arrhythmia of unknown etio-logy in middle-aged and youth was performed in this hospital from December 1983to February 1987.26 patients were male and 15 were female.The age ranged from 15to 49 years (mean 32.5 years).The positive diagnostic rate was 87.8%.It was sug-gested that EMB was an important diagnostic method for arrhythmia of unknownetiology in middle-aged and young adults.
