摘要
通过分析黄河峡谷区和渭北台塬对红枣、花椒和苹果的产业开发认为，水土保持措施配置必须因地制宜和突出经济效益，寓水土保持效益于经济效益之中，才能使农民尽快脱贫致富，加快对水土流失的治理速度。
Based on the analysis of industrial developments on Chinese red dates, wild pepper and apple in the canyon areasof the Yellow River and the Northern Terrace Plateau of the Wei River,the author regards that the arrangement ofsoil and water conservation measures must be suited to local conditions and the economic benefits must be stressed aswell as the benefits of soil and water conservation must be resided in the economic benefits,if consider these in thepractices the wealthy conditions for local farmers will be resulted shortly and the rapidity of harness of soil and waterlosses in the these areas will be accelerated at the same time.
