摘要
在我国８６０００多座各类大坝中，部属水电站大坝共１４３座，这些大坝建于不同年代，安全现状各异。根据大坝安全定期检查资料，目前大坝存在的主要问题是：洪水标准偏低；混凝土坝裂缝比较普遍；约有１／２大坝的坝基及坝肩有地质问题；水质侵蚀较多；北方地区冻融破坏较普遍；监测设施不全。就此近十几年，对一些病、险坝有计划地进行了加固改造，改善了大坝安全运行状况，取得了较好的经济效益。
Of more than 8600 large dams in China 143 ones are in charge of the Ministry of Electric Power.At present according to the data from the Periodic inspection the main problems of the dam safety are:the flood prevention standard is low;about one half of the dams have geologic problems on foundation and abutment;water erosion is mostly seen; the freeze-thaw destruction is common in North China; monitoring facilities; are not enough. Over the past decade and more,many dangerous dams have been strengthened or repaired or renovated in a planned way,and the dam working condition is greatly improved,and better economic benefit has been gained.
