摘要
可靠性检验及有效性评价应用于医学研究的重要性在于提高研究设计及研究结果的质量。本文着重介绍了可靠性检验及有效性评价的方法及线索,四种常用的可靠性检验方法是:重复检验法、替代检验法、分段检验法及内部连续性检验法,组内相关分析及Cronbach氏α值的计算构成了可靠性检验的核心内容。标准有效性、内容有效性、构思有效性是有效性评价的三个主要线索。
Due to the fact that the application of reliability and validity assessment in medical investigation'can improve the equality of both experiment design and research result, the emphasis of this paper have being put on disscussing the test methods of reliability and assessment threads of validity. Four common test methods for reliability are retest method, alternative-form method, split-halves method and interal consistency method which mainly involve with interclass correlation analysis and Cronbach' s alpha calculation. Three threads of validity assessment look at criterion validity, content validity and construct validity.
