摘要
将辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）分别注入家兔脊髓一侧的颈、胸和腰等不同节段，逆行追踪顶盖脊髓束在脊髓的下行投射节段。研究结果表明，上丘的ＨＲＰ标记神经元恒定地见于上颈段（Ｃ＿（２～３））注入例动物，而未见于颈膨大和胸腰段注入例动物。标记神经元仅分布于注入侧对侧上丘尾外侧部的中灰质层和深灰质层，并以深灰质层数量居多。结果提示，家兔顶盖脊髓束越边投射到上颈段脊髓。
Descending segments of the tectospinal projections in the spinal cord were retrogradely traced by unilateral injection of HRP into different levels of the spinal cord, including the cervical,thoracic and lumbar segments.Experimental results showed that the labeled neurons in the superior colliculus were constantly seen in those animals, in which the upper cervical segments (C2,3) were injected. No labeled neurons could be found in those cases injected in the cervical enlargement, the thoracic and lumbar segments. All labeled neurons were distributed in the stratum griseum intermediale and the stratum griseum profundum of the caudolateral parts on the side contralateral to the injection,and more labeled neurons were seen in the stratum griseum profundum.This study have suggested that tectospinal tracts project to the upper cervical segments.
