摘要
该机既不同于国外的胶原纺丝机,又不同于国内的各类湿法纺丝机。经试用基本上满足了胶原特殊纺丝工艺的要求,主要部件结构独特、新颖,具有操作方便,占地面积小,污染小等特点。纺制的产品已达到了美国药典第二十一版(即 USP21)的指标,因此实用性强。
This machine was neither same as foreign spinning machine of co- llagen nor same as domestic various wet—spinning machine It essentially satisfied needs of special spinning technology of collagen.The struture of main parts were unique,novel,and convenient to operate etc.The products obtained had been achieved the target of Unite State Pharm- acopoeia 21,therefore,it had strong practicality.the machine was been adopted on appraisal of the ministeria rank in 1989,thus it filled in the domestis gaps.
