Cellulose Triacetate Membranes For Reverse Osmosis

摘要 本文以二氧六环、丙酮、乙醇等组成的混合溶剂制备三醋酸纤维素不对称反渗透膜。研究了几种制膜因素,如蒸发时间、凝固液温度,特别是凝固液种类等对膜反渗透性能的影响。测定了膜在不同浓度的 NaCl 进料液下反渗透性能。结果表明,该膜在操作压力为20公斤/厘米~2,以自来水为进料液的条件下,脱盐率可达93.2%,同时水通量为0.52米~3/米~2天;以0.5%NaCl 水溶液为进料液时,脱盐率可达94.3%,同时水通量为0.44米~3/米~2天。 Cellulose triacetate membranes for reverse osmosis were prepared from a casting solution containing1.4-dioxane,acetone and athanol etc. The effects of some manufacture variables onreverse osmosis perform- ance of resulted membranes,such as evaporation time、ccagulation te- mperature and especilly the kinds of coagulation were investigatod.T- he membrane performances for reverse osmosis for some kinds of NaCl aqueous solution Were measured.Under operating presure 20kg/cm^2,T- he best result of the membranes obtained from the condition above is a flux of 0.52m^3/m^2d,and a salt rejection of 93.2% with tap water or a flux of 0.44m^3/m^2d,and a salt rejection of 94.3% with 0.5% NaCl aqu- eous solution.
