摘要
采用序列脉冲红宝石激光器作为光源、国产640型纹影仪作为图像及流场显示光学系统、等待型转镜高速摄影机为记录单元的脉冲激光高速纹影摄影系统,我们已经相继研制了两种型号。Ⅰ型系统用于终点弹道的穿甲过程和中间弹道的出膛过程的记录,已经取得较好的结果。Ⅱ型系统用于研究高能炸药起爆机理,拍得了弹丸撞靶前的飞行姿态及撞靶后的压缩变形直至点火爆炸过程的分幅照片,为研究工作提供了依据。本文还论述了该系统的发展。
With the high speed colliding's proceses, the intense flash phenomena will occur. It is not easy to obtain the clear image with the conventional highspeed photographic method. The powerful luminescent brightness and good monochromatism of laser are used for the sequential pulsed laser light source in high speed schlieren photographic system. The interference filter, added in front of camera lens, can be used for removing the flash disturbance. A seriers of the shadow and schlieren pictures can be recorded.Our Department have designed and trial-manufactured the Q-switched ruby laser with sequential pulses of Model XMJ-2 and the access type rotating mirror scanning high-speed camera of Model MJGS-10. They and a schlieren apperatus of Model 640 are made Pulse Laser High-speed Schlieren Photographic System. The better results have been obtained. This paper has been reported on 14th International Congress on High Speed Photography and Photonics. The quality of The Laser Light Source and The Photographic System have been appraised by Chinese Authorities. They recognized it advanced in China.This paper give all the details about principle, applications and conclusions.
