摘要
本文提供了一种自动绘制动态各个位置平面连杆机构图形及连杆曲线的通用方法与程序。用户只需提供机构的结构信息和驱动条件,即可绘出图形,并根据需要可打印出任意杆上的任意点或杆的运动信息(速度、加速度、角速度、角加速度)。本方法采用了交互式程序,由六个模块组成:[1]数据输入模块;[2]数据显示模块,[3]运动分析模块;[4]机构位置图形显示模块;[5]连杆曲线计算及显示模块;[6]输出计算结果模块。
The paper offers a common method and a computer program for dr- awing automatically multi-position of a planar coupler mechanism and its coupler-point curve.After the user offers the structure information and driving conditions,the program can depict the linkage and its coupler curve in all positions calculated as well as to show positions,velocit- ies,and accelerations of selected points on the LinKage and to show an- gular positions,angular velocities and angular accelerations of any link. The method adopts an interactive program,which includes the fo- llowing six models:[1]Data Input Model;[2]Data Display Model; [3]Kinamatic Analysis Model;[4]Linkage Display Model;[5]CouPler Curve Display Model;[6]Results Qutput Model.
