摘要
采用盐类浸提法从新疆1986年分离的犬种布鲁氏菌X-86-1中提取粗制的细胞壁-多糖-蛋白复合物。将其分为未经γ射线照射和经γ射线照射的两个组。分别给健康豚鼠皮下接种30天后都产生了免疫学改造。用同源菌1000个活菌作皮下攻击,结果表明两种制剂免疫后脏器保护率分别为56%及60%。对照组出菌率为96%,有极显著差异(P<0.01)。观察表明用本法提取的犬种布氏菌组分中含有较好的抗原成分并有一定的免疫原性及保护力。
A crude complex o{ cell wall, polysaccharide and protein was prapared by salt extraction from X-86-1 strain of Brucella cants isolated in Xinjiang in 1986.
The extracts were divided into 2 groups-the Y-rays treated group and the
untreated group and inoculated subsutaneaously to healthy guinea pigs respectively. Thirty days after the inoculation, protective immunity was induced against the challenge exposure each by 1000 viable bacteria of homologous strain with the protection rates of 56% and 60% for the 2 groups of extracts respectively. From the control group, however, a bacteria recovering rate of 96% was obtained, showing significant difference (P<0.01) from the experimental groups. Results indicated that fractions of Brucella canis in this study contained effective antigenic components and presented immunogenicity and protective capability to a certain extent.
