摘要
正丁烷氧化制顺酐在小试研究的基础上进行了固定床单管反应器运转考察。钒—磷催化剂经1500h连续运转考察表明:催化剂稳定性良好,粗酐重量收率达100%～103%,与小试结果一致。
Fixed bed single-tube reactor longrun work was performed for the oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride, the V-P catalyst showed stable performance over 1500 hours of long-run work. the yield of crude maleic anhydride was 100%-103%(wt). The result is in agreement with that of laboratory study.
