摘要
本文利用水力模拟的方法,测定了垂直分型恒压等流量浇注系统各内浇口的流量和浇注系统各节点的静水压力,用电子计算机进行了数据处理,得到了各层内浇口流量分布规律和浇注系统各阻元的阻力系数、流量系数。为正确地设计垂直分型浇注系统提供了科学的依据。
Using the water simulation test, the volume of flow out of every gate and the pressures at the specific points in the vertical gating system have been measured. A computer deals with the data measured. This paper gives the results, which are the distribution of the volume of flow at different layer gates and the friction coefficient. The results can be used in the design of vertical parting gating system.
