摘要
隆乳术后的最主要并发症是纤维包膜挛缩乳房硬化。本文就其原因、发生时间及切口的关系等问题进行了分析探讨，对隆乳术后纤维包膜挛缩的手术治疗提出了作者认为较好的办法。
AbstractThe most common complication
following augmentation mammoplasty by implantationof a silastic gel
prothesis is capsular contracture which causes the firmness of the
breast.Inthis paper we analysed and discussed its caustive
factors,the time of taking place and the rela-tion with the different
surgical approaches.The authors suggested a procedure that is
consid-ered to be a better technigue to treat this troublesome
complication.
