摘要
通过浇注试验研究了干砂气化模铸造中浇注温度、聚苯乙烯泡沫模的性质和铸件断面模数对铝合金在充型过程中的温变分布规律及其对铸件表面皱皮的影响。
In this paper; the influence of pouring temperature, properties of polystyrene foam and modulus of casting sections on the temperature distribution during filling mold for Al-Si alloy, as well the scab formation on the casting surface in evaporative pattern casting process is studied
