摘要
采用轴向扩散模型对模拟移动床吸附分离C_8芳烃过程的浓度分布进行了计算,其结果与实测值吻合很好。计算中考虑了液相轴向返混吸附过程的影响,给出了返混系数与液固两相相对流速的关系。
A moving bed mathematical model has been used in calculating the concentration distributions of C_8-aromatics in a simulated moving bed adsorber. The calculated values conform well with the actual operation data. The effect of backmixing of the liquid phase is taken into account and the equation for calculating backmixing coefficient is given.
