燃料型减压塔模拟计算的研究——Ⅰ.高沸点石油馏分物性计算的真组分法 被引量:4

摘要 本文提出了高沸点石油馏分物性计算的真组方法,即采用正构烷烃的常压沸点数据切割油品的实沸点蒸馏曲线,切割出的窄馏分当作相同沸点的正构烷烃处理,其物性数据均采用正构烷烃确定的物性数据。该法适用范围较一般拟组分法宽,尤其适合减压塔高沸点油品的物性计算。通过采用真组分法和拟组分法对高沸点石油馏分物性和实际生产中减压塔的计算结果表明,真组分法优于拟组分法,可推荐用于工业装置的设计。 A real-component method (RCM) that calculates physical properties of high-boiling petroleum fractions is proposed. The TBP curve is cut by normal boiling points of normal paraffins, and the physical properties of the narrow fractions of the cut are simulated by the normal paraffins. The application scope of the method is wider than that of the pseudocomponent method (PCM). It is particularly applicable to calculate physical properties of high-boiling fractions in vacuum tower. Physical properties of high-boiling petroleum fractions from vacuum tower in actual production are calculated by both real-component method and pseudo-component method. The results of the two methods show that the real-component method is more superior than pseudo-component method, and can be conveniently used in engineering design.
