摘要
系统地考察了有机铝的结构和浓度、反应时间、反应温度、镍盐浓度等因素对1-丁烯和正丁烯馏分齐聚、异构化反应的影响;筛选出丁烯转化率最大的催化剂配方和反应条件;考察了催化剂的寿命;探讨了催化剂失活的主要原因。
The effects of various factors on the oligomerization and isomerization of 1-butene and normal butenes are studied, these factors include the structure and concentration of the prganoaluminum compounds, reaction time, reaction temperature and the concentration of nickel salt. The catalyst formulation and reaction conditions for the maximum conversion rate of butenes are obtained. The catalyst life is investigated and the main causes of the catalyst deactivation are examined.
