摘要
本文根据C_9芳烃-DMP极性溶剂多元体系的特点,提出一个新的简化Wilson模型,用以表示该体系八个组分的汽液平衡关系。模型经实测三元体系汽液平衡数据的校验,绝对平均偏差∣△YI∣=0.0038。经39块板小型筛板塔实测值比较,总绝对平均偏差∣△Xi∣=0.0071。结果表明,新的简化Wilson模型可成功地用于C_9芳烃-DMP多元萃取精馏塔的计算。
The paper preposes a simplified Wilson model based on the property of the multicomponent system of C_9 aromatics and DMP as a polar solvent. The vapor-liquid equililbria (VLE) of eight component C_9-DMP system can be described by this model. Themodel was tested by experimental VLE data of ternary system first, the absolute average deviation |△_i|=0.0038. Further, in comparison of the model calculated values of X_(ij)~c with the experimental values of X_(ij)~e obtained from a samll-size sieve tray column cantaining 39 plates, the overall absolute average deviation |△X_i|=0. 0071. The results show that, the simplified Wilson model, can be successfully used for calculating the extractive distillation separation for the C_9 aromatics-DMP multicomponent system.
