摘要
尽管特征积分（C－I）法最初是为反演而开发出的，但它也可作为一种高度精确的正演方法。与基于特征法的其它类似方法相比，C－I法给出了下行和上行波场更明确的描述。由此我们可以导出消除非均匀介质产生的全部多次波的正演公式。
Despite the fact that the characteristic-inte8ration (C-I) scheme is developed specially for inversion, it can serve as a highly accurate forward scheme as well. In contrast to other similar schemes based on characteristic method,the C-I scheme gives a clear view for down-going and upcoming wave fields. Based on that,we are able to derive a forward formula in which all multiples generated by the media,s inhomogeneity are eliminated.
