摘要
为了回收炼制进口中东原油蒸馏塔顶气体中的轻烃组分,结合最近设计的加工中东原油的常减压蒸馏装置,用ASPEN流程模拟程序详细计算了原油中含不同的空气量及初馏塔在加压操作或常压操作等3种不同方案对塔顶不凝气量的影响,经过方案对比,认为在炼制中东原油时不必设置压缩机,而采用初馏塔加压操作,使常压塔顶油回注初馏塔顶产品罐,将气相中的C3、C4组分回收的工艺方案是较为经济的。近年来已有数套炼制中东原油的大型常减压蒸馏装置采用了这种工艺方案。
In order to recover the increased amount of the light hydrocarbons contained in thenon-condensable gas from the overhead of the fractionators in processing of Middle East crudes,three recovery schemes-atmospheric pressure operation of the fractionators combined with a compressor, pressurised operation of the pre-fractionator without a compressor,and recycle the overhead product of the atmospheric column to the overhead product tank of pre-fractionator-were calculated and compared by ASPEN simulation programme.The calculated results showed that pressurised operation of the pre-fractionator without a compressor,combined with recycle of the overhead product of the atmospheric column to theoverhead product tank of the pre-fractionator was more feasible and economical. This proposed scheme hasbeen adopted in several crude distillation units for processing Middle East crudes.
