摘要
本文介绍了水－乙二醇难燃液压液的研制与应用情况。所研制的水－乙二醇难燃液压液具有优良的抗燃性、高粘度指数及良好的稳定性和流动性。在接近火源及高温、高压工作环境下，它具有良好的防火安全性。水－乙二醇难燃液压液适用于压铸机、挤压机、轧钢机、玻璃成型机、起重机、炼焦炉门控制机构等设备和装置，具有良好的工作性能。所研制的国产水－乙二醇难燃液压液与当前国外同类产品的性能相当，已可替代在各有关进口设备上使用。
This paper presents the research and application of water-ethylene glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid. The water-ethylene glocol base hydraulic fluid has superior fire resistance property, high stability, good fluidity and high viscosity index. It exhibits fire-proff property in the working enviroment of elevated temperature, high pressure and near fire source. It is suitable to use in die-casting, extrusion, steel-rolling, glass shapping machines, as well as crane and the door control mechanism of the coke oven, etc,which all show good working performance.
