摘要
文中通过对影响乙烯装置碳三馏分加氢催化剂活性诸因素的分析,认为催化剂活性下降快、反应器切换周期短和反应后杂质含量超标的主要原因是由砷、水和硫化物等致毒物引起的,并提出了恢复催化剂活性的相应对策。
All factors affecting the deactivation of catalyst for hydrogenation of C3 fraction in liquid phase were analyzed. It was found that the deactivation of the catalyst was caused by the impurities,As, S and water.The countermeasures for maintaining catalyst activity are proposed.
