摘要
本文将人工智能思想[1]与仿真技术相结合,以严格机理模型为专家系统的知识来源,建立了炼油厂常压塔动态仿真专家系统,提出了较为完整的知识表示法和一种新的推理策略──二叉分界极值搜索法,建成了相应的专家系统及其知识库的扩充工具。结果表明,该专家系统在精度和速度上都充分满足了动态仿真要求,是培训操作人员、研究生产方案和控制策略的有力工具。
Based on the knowledge of dynamic model and combining the artificial intelligence with simulation technology,a dynamically simulated expert system for refinery atmospheric column is established.A rather complete knowledge expression and a new inferential method,the bifurcated bound extreme value search, are proposed.The results have proved that the expert system can meet the requirements of both precision and speed for dynamic simulation,and it will be an useful tool for operator training,production planning and control system designing.
