摘要
本文将油品划分为芳烃、环烷烃、烷烃、烯烃和非烃元素基团,其中还把芳烃、环烷烃划分为若干亚族。并认为炼油过程进行的反应,如裂化、加氢饱和、缩合、氢转移和脱氢反应都是基团间或基团自身的反应。介绍了典型催化裂化原料油、汽油、柴油、回炼油、油浆的基团结构,论讨了典型单体烃、烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃在催化裂化过程中的基团反应,以及催化裂化过程中原料的化学结构同产品化学结构以及其氢含量的关系,研究了氢转移程度的计算方法。最后,找出了从原料的化学结构预测产品化学结构的方法。
This paper classifies the oils into functional components of aromatics, naphthene, paraffin,olefin and non-hydrocarbon compounds, in which the first two components are further classified into several sub-groups. It is considered that various complex molecular reactions proceed in petroleum processing , such as cracking, hydrogenation, hydrogen transfer, condensation and dehydrogenation, etc. are the reactions among the functional components. The structural constitutions of the functional components of typical feedstocks,naphthas, light cycle oils, heavy cycle oils and decanted oils in FCC process are described. The catalytic cracking reactions of the functional components of typical pure compounds of paraffin, naphthene and aromatics,and the relations among the chemlcal structures of feedstocks and products and their hydrogen contents in FCC process are discussed. Finally, the calculation method for the amount of hydrogen transfer and the estimation of the product chemical structures from a given feedstock are presented.
