摘要
本文介绍了大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂在利用重整氢气作为加氢装置原料气过程中,存在的带油和结盐问题。由于重整氢气未经过氨冷却分离,直接进入氢气压缩机,造成在压缩机的各段进出口气门上出现大量油泥物。据分析,压缩机一段入口气门座上所结的盐块乃是NH4Cl的结晶。因此认为采用低温冷却脱油和增设脱氯净化工艺是必要的,并提出了对重整氢气进行提浓和专气专用的建议。
This paper describes the cause of oil carry-over and salt build-up during the utilization of reformer hydrogen for hydrotreating unit in the refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Works.The reformer hydrogen without being cooled by ammonia and separated from the condensate has been directly routed into the hydrogen compressor and has led to sludge formation on inlet and outlet valves at every stage of the hydrogen compressor.As revealed by analysis the salt deposit on the inlet valve of the first stage of hydrogen compressor is crystalline ammonium chloride.Hence it is necessary to adopt the technology of oil separation through cooling and purification through dechlorination.It is proposed to concentrate the reformer hydrogen and to use it for specified purpose.
