本文介绍了建立和求解非线性规划模型的递归方法，模型的目标函数为求解炼油企业留利最大，并将利税作为下限约束条件，以获得较好的经济效益。
This peper presents a recursive method to establish and solve a non-linear programming model with an object function to maximize the net gain of a refinery,subjecting profit plus tax above a certain lower limit. As an example,significant profit has been achieved with this method for a refinery.
