摘要
为了确定石油蜡中烷烃的支化度(ηCH2/ηCH3的倒数),本文着重研究了C13~C36范围内正构烷烃红外光谱特征参数比(A1460/A1380和S1460/A1380)与ηCH2/ηCH3的关联,发现它们有良好的线性关系。文中还将取得的结果用于大庆石油蜡的分析,并用核磁共振氢谱进行了验证,本方法的相对误差在10%以内。
The ratio of methylene to methyl group (1/degree of branching) of the saturate fraction in petroleum wax is related to the susceptibility of the petroleum to pour-point depressant. Methods for determining ηCH2/ηCH3 of the saturates in the petroleum wax by FTIR spectrometry were investigated.With the standard samples of C13~C16 normal paraffins in a proper solvent, some linear equations correlating the characteristic IR parameters to the ηCH2/ηCH3 were obtained. By the aid of these equations, the degree of branching for the saturates in a petroleum wax can be evaluated. The ηCH2/ηCH3 of the saturate fractions in Daqing petroleum wax were determined by these methods, and compared with the value from 1H NMR spectrometry. The relative error of this method is within 10%.
