摘要
本文分析了U型光导纤维探针的测量原理。在内径为30mm的垂直管中,对油-气两相流进行了局部参数的测试,获得了弹状流、块状流和环状流3种流型下探针的特征输出信号,讨论了相份额的确定方法。测试结果表明,U型光导纤维探针可用于油-气两相流的在线流型监测。同时,本文提出了由探针输出信号确定相份额的新方法,该方法比阈值法准确、可靠。
The measurement principle of an U-type optical fibre probe was described and the local parameters of air-oil two-phase flow in a vertical pipe of 30mm diameter was measured by the probe. The characteristic outputs of the probe in slug flow,churn flow and annular flow were obtained respectively. The results showed that the probe may be used for on--line flow pattern measurement of air-oil twophase flow. The methods for determining local phase fraction from the outputs of the probe were also discussed and an improved one was put forward compared with threshold method.
