摘要 对重整催化剂再生过程中氯化和氧化更新的化学行为进行了系统研究。结果指出:(1)正常情况下,催化剂在烧炭后,经过5~15min氯化和30~60min氧化即可完全恢复活性;(2)对载体遭受烧结影响的催化剂,铂晶不能实现完全再分散,金属功能的损失率约与载体比表面积的损失率相当;(3)二氯乙烷于缺氧介质中将在催化剂表面上缩合生焦,造成催化剂严重失活;(4)氧化过程的作用之一是烧除沉积在催化剂表面的微量焦炭;(5)水浓度对二氯乙烷进行的氯化反应无显著影响,但四氯化碳需有水存在才能对催化剂进行氯化反应。 The chemical behaviour during chlorization and oxidation rejuvenation in regeneration of reforming catalyst was systematically investigated. The results indicate: (1 )In general,the activity of the catalyst can be completely restored through chlorization for 5-15min and oxidation for 30-60 min after coke burning;(2)For catalyst whose support had been sintered,the Pt crystals can no longer be thoroughly redispersed,and the percent loss of metallic function is approximately equal to that of specific surface area of the support;(3)Dichloroethane would deposit coke on catalyst with polymerization in the absence of oxygen,deactivating catalyst seriously;(4)One of the purposes of oxidation is burning out the trace amount of coke on the catalyst ; (5)Water has no apparent effect on chlorization with dichloroethane,but it is essential for chlorization with tetrachlorocarbon.
