摘要
阐述采用多间多柱联合把一般色谱仪改装成为炼厂气分析仪及其分析方法,本方法一次进样,可分析非烃(除氢气外)和C1~C6+组分,目前在几个炼油厂中用于分析炼厂气和催化裂化气,效果较好,并可提高炼厂气分析效率和质量,节省设备费用。本方法的标准偏差和重复性分别小于0.1%和0.3%,单程分析时间约需40min。
Abstract The ordinary chrotnatograph refitted into the refinery gas analyzer by combined muti-values and multi-columns and its applicahon are described. The sample is injected only once, and the non- hydrocarbons(except hydrogen)and G1-C6+ components can be analyzed by thes method. This method had been ugh in several refineries for analyzing the compoSition of refinery gases and FCC gases, with which the efficiency and preciaion of gas analysis are enhanced along with a save in cost. The standard deviahon and repeatibility of thes method are less than 0.1% and 0.3a, respectively. It requires about 40 then for a single cycle.
