摘要
针对芳烃抽提装置中回收塔上部，塔盘气体体积负荷很大，液相体积负荷非常小的问题，对其采用填料和塔盘的两种情况进行了分析比较．认为采用填料在技术上合理，经济上可行。还提出了对老流程的修改调整方案，以改善回收塔内的气、液相负荷分布。
Abstract in the upper portion of the recovery column in an aromatics extraction unit, the volume load of gas is very much greater than that of liquid. In light of this problem, the use of packing and the use of trays in the upper portion of the recovery column are analyzed and compared. It indicates that the use of packing is feasible both technically and economically. Modifications of the flow scheme of recovery system for improving the distribution of gas and liquid loads are suggested.
